so halloween is just around the corner and as my favorite holiday, i love watching horror films.
Whats your favorite? Im more a fan of the classics, the original Texas Chainsaw, the original Last House, Blair Witch etc...
Classics?
Newer horror flicks?
Whats the perfect bunch of scary movies to turn off the lights, and become paranoid after watching?

Watched Damien -the Omen II last night on TV.
Where I'm not ugly and you're lookin' at me
70's Horror the best, The Shining is creepy as well!
Poltergeist
Nothing else really scares me.
I love the Shining, but it doesn't really scare me. I find myself rooting for Jack Nicholson to kill that annoying wife.

I'm wheelchair-bound right now waiting for my broken femur to heal and I realize what's really scary... being confined to a wheel chair watching horror flicks. The inability to escape is quite terrifying.

That's the movie I was trying to think the name of, thanks! And I won't be watching it...Nor will I be watching Misery...
the scene where the guy is heading to the "art exhibit" and it becomes clear to him this aint no art exhibit. the fact the art exhibit is in some rural, far away area, in what looks like some burnt out abandoned building. or just the general scene and vibe when he does into that building. the rooms that he sees. what he sees going on. and the fact he could scream all day and night and no one would notice. thats scary my friend. hostel was gutsy and scary because of its outright gore.
not the strongest movies, but classics without question.
