Tenclub copyrights??!!

Why does tenclub keep claiming copyright over all the Eddie solo show clips on youtube?

It's really disappointing! Not all of us have the funds to get to the west coast and experience these wonderful shows. I have to save up just to see PJ in June.

And why only claim the solo shows? I just don't get it, I thought this band was all for the fans( all the fans, not just the rich)

It's not like I wouldn't buy a dvd of the shows if tenclub released them just because I have seen clips on youtube.

And I understand that the clips are not professional and the sound quality may not be great. I don't care. I just would like to see some clips. It's called sharing!

    Me, me, me. What did people do before the internet? It's the artist's work and his choice how it's available to the public. I'm certainly intrigued to hear/see it...we'll see what happens.

    I don't think so, if you were at the vic, you would understand the need for such a strict policy. The first few minutes at the vic were insane, we're lucky Ed didn't have a seizure from the strobe light effect. I for one appreciate the policy for the solo show. Now if we could only ban the fuckers who yell stupid shit when Ed is talking!

    They could be planning some sort of DVD/CD release from this stuff.
    They could just want to make sure the "no camera" policy is adhered to.
    As ed mentioned, they may just want ed to be able to say and do what he wants without worrying whether it will show up on You Tube.

    They might just want to be dicks.

    My question is: Who cares?

    If ed doesn't want his intellectual property streamed across the world wide web, it's his right.

    I only care cause its cool to see clips from concerts I attended on Youtube and the like. Definitely a big deal though. Just curious. I will be happy just to attend.

    I see it as very small venues, and overbearing crazy insane fans in a small venue can ruin a show. Imagine all the flashes in his face.

    Why? I understand the deal with the flashes, but small vid clips are not creating any flashes. And like I said, I haven't been able to get to these shows. I don't understand the harm in seeing a 30 sec clip from these shows. If they were lucky enough to not get caught and want to share with the other fans, I don't see the problem.
