    well i can't drink.
i can't do stupid things anymore.
i am sorry i was an alcoholic booze hound train wreck at such an early age.
i still have a lot of things to overcome.

quitting weed isn't exactly a joy but it isn't so terrible either, i can breathe.
i am actually considering not smoking again for a longtime maybe longer.

the entire ball of wax is to damn depressing.
if it were not for swimming i would be screwed.

thanks for being a pillar of hope, mickeyrat.
    it's fuckin hard, man.

buck up. maybe quit focusing on the entire ball of wax. it ALL happens just one day at a time. If you let it , it gets better bit by bit. Keep up with the swimming and for sure keep putting your pen or pencil to paper. Take a stroll through the recovery thread and contribute. it helps. plus theres more support available than just me. we all help each other. its how it works.

Dear mickeyrat and other pearl jam fans,

once upon a time 4 younger dudes were riding 3-wheelers. we had two brand new honda 250 SX 3 wheelers and one bowl of opium being smoked in rural iowa. we were high as fuck blasting down a gravel road. i noticed i was a cloud of laughter and flight, everything was the sky including my skull and chest. it seemed as if my spirit turned into a set of numb wings or a blasted clown riding on the back of a 3 wheeler of smiling humor and tiny warm eyes.

at a high rate of speed it is uncool when slamming head on into a metal drainage culvert down in some ditch.
thanks for the knee replacement in the upcoming future. Lyle, I am sorry your back was almost bent in half.

    your pal,
    wick

once upon a time humans weren't so bad
of course this was at least 12,000 years ago.
in more recent times, human beings have become lazy and quite nasty.

    they shot eyed goat.
fuckers.............. (that is eyed screaming "fuckers" out across the mountainous terrain and high altitude glaciers.

(pretty good story for a dickhead who just woke up two seconds ago, yes/no?)

if he can write a story that is as catchy as the title lyrics from Fresh Prince of Bel-Air then I'll buy the book.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
