    I driven by a few times over the years as they were building it. It is amazing. In person it feels like you are in a dali painting because the bridge is so much higher than the dam. I can't wait to drive over it!

    When I went to Vegas in 08 I visited the dam and saw this bridge in the early stages of construction. Very cool to see it complete. It looks great.

    I give it about a week until someone 'chistens' it and leaps to their death...

    I am scared to death of bridges. I was there in '08 as well and saw it developing- made my knees shake just looking at it. You couldn't pay me enough to cross it....

    And, isn't the highway to the west called (one of many) 'widow-makers highway'?

    No thanks- I will enjoy the view from below. :D
