Need a new turntable, my old one...

Well my turntable finally kicked. I have (had) a pioneer pl 400 that I bought new back in the day, maybe 25 + years ago. I used to use it every day then real life got in the way and stored until the last year or so when I've been getting back to my old vinyl. Now, I know a lot of people here enjoy listening to vinyl and I respect your opinions, so I thought I'd ask you what is a good replacement. I know I can buy another pioneer or similar from the bay, but I thought I would like something new. I am leaning towards a Pro Ject debut III for the price point but would like something a bit less manual.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, SPJ

I'm afraid that they just don't make em like they use to. There are probably some good ones out there if your'e willing to spend the bucks. I bought a new sony like 6 or 7 years ago and it has sucked. I'm using my dad's 35 year old Marantz. It's amazing. Sorry no good suggestions from me but I had to take the opportunity to brag up the Marantz.
    Good luck in your search.
