my house in the sea

There’s a house
that once upon a time
would sit by the sea
It seems to be coloured
In colours of yellow and green
When I live there
I shall get buried under the sea
...There are things
that scare me
I’ve seen this house
and it now sits
in the sea and…
And…
Inside it one time
was me
And when I looked outside
A window
I could see
A sunlit sky being lost to a moonlit sea
My mother was there
She saw the something that was there
…she saw that it scared me
She said, "sweety, take it easy”
It’s only the sea
This house in yellow and green
is built I think for a family
it houses no ghosts
at least none that I could see
I’m not sure if this house wants me
Think it wishes…
To house a happy family
Not a man looking out
Until he’s killed by the sea
A house of yellow walls
And carpets of green
And in the daylight
Even I thought
I’m no family
It’s just a house
In the middle of the sea
It tells me
It don’t wish to be built
Into a big fuckin deal
Surely it deserves something wiser than me
For there are things
And these things
They used to scare me And….
But no longer !
And once the sea kills me
The house shall float along
Through the changing seasons and
Through the changing seas
For eternity
And from outside
There will be seen looking out
A ghost of me
that once upon a time
would sit by the sea
It seems to be coloured
In colours of yellow and green

"what a long, strange trip it's been"
A yellow and green house floating in the water with a ghostly face at the window.
I like it!
and Lettinggo... and I can almost hear you scream... I like it... you're pretty hardcore
hmmm... I guess it came out pretty eerie... funny thing is that what I saw and felt was actually quite pretty... and nice... so at least I'm not haunted by this shit... thank you justam : )
after all the shit God and I ve been through... and all the shit I been through with God... we get along : ) so that prayer has ... been answered... mashallah
I remember talking about that mashallah, did not know exactly what it means, still don't but i am sure it is good.

"what a long, strange trip it's been"
thank you c.addle.. nice to hear from you... I discern a thick forest behind you .. nice picture : )
we say mashallah when somethin good and positive is in progress so as not to jinx the shit up.. but more importantly it keeps us thankful... with heads down... the term can be over fuckin used ... but I feel it ...
shalom... that rings a distant bell... hebrew maybe ?
pax/paz, i dig the sound of that
shalom - hebrew? yeah that's the bell
paz is spanish for peace (tranquility, yahda yahda)
and the early roman empire instigated the great Pax Romana - Peace for Rome though i remember nothing more,so i looked up a little better explanation:
"The Pax Romana, or Roman Peace, is a Latin term referring to the Empire in its glorified prime. From the end of the Republican civil wars, beginning with the accession of Augustus in 27 BC, this era in Roman history lasted until 180 AD and the death of Marcus Aurelius."
so mashallah my man
mashallah
i'm getting ready to hit the bong & go do yard fun
paz
mi hermano
"what a long, strange trip it's been"
you should bong it with some Afghani/north-west Pakistani hashish... you'll like that... or maybe you've already had the pleasure...
many oceans ago
and yes
i did like it
don't get out so much these days
by choice
but if something were to bump into ME
well . . .

i am just now going to my yard fun
apparantly bumping into my own shit

"what a long, strange trip it's been"
greatest weed i ever smoked
3 or 4 dudes on one joint = amazing experience out of this world = very clean feeling beyond how LSD feels.
$8.00 a joint in the 80's... well worth 20 bucks
i'd pay $50.00 per joint
which seens insane of me
but in fact very far from it
now im off to read your poem... sorry im late @ it...
"Hear me, my chiefs!
I am tired; my heart is
sick and sad. From where
the sun stands I will fight
no more forever."
Chief Joseph - Nez Perce

willin to pay $50 for a good hash j han... i hear you man.... compared to how much weed/ hash costs generally in the west, in pakistan it's dirt cheap... but havin lived in Karachi which is in the south, even we'd have to pay a fuck load more for the good shit from the north... gotta do what you gotta do eh... : )
sure i was young. but this stuff was beyond magical. it was exactly like eating acid or mushrooms. unreal the power of the mighty Afghani Pakistani herb is incredible.
i'll gladly accept it.
and thank you.
tell me the secrets, please...
thousands of years worth of cultivating knowledge

i gotta say, I've never done acid... shrooms neither ... but I'm scared of acid... here again, my cousin and sister especially love it... I'm at ease with myself, thank God, but there are things.... in this life... my life...past and present, which maybe I'm not entirely at ease with... and that 's why I don't got the shit to drop acid...
the drug's clearly something...
