If so, do you know of anywhere I could score pictures of the show? I'm spoiled in Winnipeg, as the MTS Centre employs its own photographers and posts all the pictures of all shows on their website for free download, so I want to find some from this show at the Fargo Dome. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

They do NOT have to be professional quality photos! Any pics will do!

Thanks!

I was there, but no photos. I just had to reply because this is the first time I have ever heard anybody say they are spoiled living in Winnipeg. LMAO!

Thank you for that. I was having an off day here in Vancouver. Enjoy the winter and say hi to my parents for me.

Still can't wipe the smile off my face... sigh...
  • Yup-yup. I was there. Check in on my family when you're done visiting with superj72's - I'm in Vancouver now, too. I'm still on the hunt for ANY video from the show (especially the ARC opener).
Here's the couple pics I snapped with a disposable camera.

  • I have not known ONE person who has moved to Vancouver from Winnipeg who has NOT developed a geographical ego. It's really an interesting phenomenon.

and I hope you are enjoying your $1Million, 800 square foot house. Especially with your yearly 364 days of rain and misery.

You're not far off. We also enjoy having paved roads that extend past the perimeter of the City, having more than a 9-building skyline and more natural attractions than just 2 muddy creeks meeting to make one muddier stream.

Unfortunately, it comes with a higher price than money. Nickelback lives here.

  • it's a nice place to visit (been several times), but I wouldn't care to live there. No offense.

Winnipeg/Manitoba has PLENTY of attractions. They just aren't as big as the mountains. You just have to do more than look out your bedroom window to find them.

Yes, Nickelback is a big black eye on your city. Ugh.

  • I will admit driving up to the city, the downtown "skyline" is quite funny to look at. I think 9 buildings was a generous estimate!

    Lol. Great point/counterpoint here.

For the record, I have only shoveled rain twice, and both times was in Winnipeg to keep the basement from flooding.

You got the square footage right, but you doubled the price. Paradise has a price, what can I say.

I do miss the Burger Place at the corner of Portage and Rutland in St. James. And to a lesser extent, Gondola Pizza.

And sure Winnipeg has at least 3 attractions. But they are closed after 6 p.m. and Sundays and Holidays.

Anyways.... Go Jets G... oops... sorry.
    :(

    Cheers,
