I hope he puts out another solo album soon! His work with Isobelle and the Soulsavers is decent but it pails in comparison of his solo work.
    Be Excellent To Each Other
    Party On, Dudes!
  • Mark Lanegan is an icon. Those Screaming Trees records are some of my favorites.

    Truly underrated in his time.

You have no idea how much I agree with you 8-)
  • Sunday At Devil Dirt is such a great record. Mark Lanegan & Isobel Campbell write some incredible music together and I hope they collaborate on a million more solo albums!

Unfortunately I don't know many other 17 year olds who have even heard of Mark or Screaming Trees so I am stuck talking about them on internet forums :D
  • I taped this. What a setlist. Dave Rosser played electric guitar instead of acoustic, which opened the sound up via effects pedals, however, they were used sparingly and with subtlely:
    2010 08 25: Academy, Dublin:
    Field Song
    One Way Street
    No Easy Action
    Miracle
    I'll Take Care Of You
    Like Little Willie John
    Don't Forget Me
    Where The Twain Shall Meet
    Message to Mine
    Mirrored
    This Strange Effect
    The River Rise
    One Hundred Days
    On Jesus Program
    Hit the City
    When Your Number Isn't Up
    Traveller
    Bombed
    Wildflowers
    Hangin' Tree
    Shadow of the Season
    Halo of Ashes

A lot of solo tracks, 1 Queens of the Stone Age Track, and 4 Screaming Trees tracks.

This show was better than the November 23 2003 band show in Dublin I saw, better than the electric Gutter Twins gig at the Electric Picnic I saw, and even better than the Screaming Trees gig I saw in 1995 or 1996. The acoustic "An Evening With Greg Dulli and Mark Lanegan" show I saw in the very same venue as this was just as good as this show though.

Would you be so kind as to do a B&P for this show or a download link?

I can't make copies of anything at the moment I'm afraid, and yes, it's frustrating. When I can, I shall.

Excellent. I'll send you a PM in maybe a month or so to see if you're up and running and can burn a copy. Thank you!!!!
