    Agreed, especially at the ages discussed in this article. I'd also like to know more detail about the school's reaction -- suspending the victim 3 days and the bully just 1? Either there's something we're missing (e.g., the bully pushed the kid and the kid's "retaliation" was to grab a brick and hit the bully over the head repeatedly), or that is one messed up school system.
