Does anyone know of Ed whispering "I" at the beginning of this song?

    That is my take on it but my friend swears by "I" so I was wondering if anyone has heard this in a boot ever???? We are in a big debate about it and he won't give up.

    i was always under the impression that this song was recorded in one take quite spontaneously. . . i figured he made a mistake about when the vocals came in. . .

    It's not "I" he's definitely saying something else. But it doesn't really sound like father. I just hear "hum" or something like that.
