They've been on the rise the last few years. I think they would have been a playoff team in '08 if Hurricane Ike's damage to Reliant hadn't forced them into 4 straight road games to start the season. They finished 8-8. I can't help but think they were robbed by having home games taken away. Not much anyone could do about it I guess.
But I think they make it to the playoffs this year. Actually, I think they have the ability to make a playoff run.
