I'm alergic to beer!!!!
This past month I noticed having congestion and mild headaches while drinking. Right now it's tolerable, but I hope it doesn't progress or develop further.
Anyone else with the same problem, know if it has gotten worse for them?

i've not had that, but did get headaches when i stopped drinking.

OMFG....was it a certain brand of beer you were drinking?? Could be an additive in it that you react to. I can't drink many wines (not a great loss) due to sulphides/preservative 220 221. Some beers also contains these preservatives and that is what you could be reacting too!
I know Heineken has a chemical thing in it that leads to thirst and gives pain in the head.
The people i know all have it with that beer and not with other brands.
I cant say what it does to me
I dont drink....

Yuck....I hate exercising after heaps of alcohol. I had a bottle and a half of red the other night and sat up talking on skype until 5am and the LAST thing I felt like doing the next day was exercising.
