Should I trust this guy offering Eddie Vedder tickets at face value or not?

Just looking for others' experiences and perspectives...

    I have bought a lot of stuff from craigslist and had no problems...

    however I suggest that you do only a cash in person transation...

    by sister got ripped off doing a paypal non local exchange she sent the money and never got the tickets
