What you did to me several
years ago has resurfaced
Now that I have nothing to
numb the thoughts
My whole being is immobile
Your evil ways are unforgivable
Karma, that's what I have to
believe will take place, if it
hasn't already
They say the worst things that
have happened are my best asset
because I can help someone who is
going through it
Please help me get through it and move
past this helpless state
I haven't ever felt so weak
I'm a survivor, not a victim
I'll trust that this will pass
and I will gain strength by walking
through it instead of stuffing it down
any longer
Thank God for the women who have
a similar story to mine
You show me the way and I am grateful
