mansfield confirmation email

starting to get worried. the order is on my tenclub profile. i paid how i normally pay. but no confirmation email almost 8 hours later. i got the others w/in an hour or hour and a half. did everyone else get theirs?

    Don't worry about it. If its in your profile you should be good. If it doesn't come by mid day tomorrow, just email the 10c. But don't freak yourself out about nothing. It will all be fine :)

    hate to tell you this, but you're not going. Tenclub emailed me about two hours ago, saying all confirmation letters have gone out. Ticketmaster it is...
























    EDIT: I'm just another ass clown, chill out, I don't have mine either. They will be there in the morning..Cheers

    Both are in my profile , but no letters here either. Not the first time. I recall my Montreal letter never arriving in 05. Just as Yosi says, the profile is most important . Your order number is the thing. In my case , I sent an e-mail and 10C confirmed that my order was received by the order # I enclosed in my e-mail.

    i did boston in 03 and conn in 06 during my senior week of college - traveled from oc,md to hartford for the night and the show with a buddy and back to oc.md the next morning...lets just say it wasnt worth it. the show was fucking cold and short...

    I didn't get my EV confirmation for Vancouver for 2 days, but emailed 10c and they said if it's in your profile, you're good to go :)

    Ditto, as long as the order is in your profile, you are good. Remember the 10 Club doesnt have many full time employees, so things like this tend to take a bit longer. History shows they never let us down.

    I emailed the Ten Club with that question and they said this:

    <i>Hi there.

    If your ticket order appears in your profile, then you were successful at securing tickets to the show ... Regardless of the confirmation email. More information will be sent to your email after the presales have ended.

    Please visit http://www.pearljam.com, click on GOODS, and click on LOGIN ... You will need to log in with the information that is on file with us, and once you are in, you can click on PROFILE. This will show you all you need to know about your Ten Club account.

    Don't panic!!! I had the same problem with MSG 2, I emailed 10C and this is the reply I got, I eventaully got a confirmation 3 days later :

    Hi there.

    If your ticket order appears in your profile, then you were successful at securing tickets to the show ... Regardless of the confirmation email. More information will be sent to your email after the presales have ended.

    Please visit http://www.pearljam.com, click on GOODS, and click on LOGIN ... You will need to log in with the information that is on file with us, and once you are in, you can click on PROFILE. This will show you all you need to know about your Ten Club account.

    I didn't get my Hartford confirmation yet so I sent Ten Club an inquiry yesterday and received this today...

    Hi there.

    Comcast does not like our emails and many of our members with comcast.net email addresses never receive our news. Is there another email address you would like to have on file with us?

    Thanks for the info! I have comcast and I never got a tour announcement e-mail and still no ticket confirmation e-mails. Stupid comcast!!
