Three years post "cash-flush" was still a million years ago. Did he reinvest or is he being called a genius for being lucky in the early '90s housing market?

Yup, he's selling his house here in Versailles next to our community in Wellington, Palm Beach County. He's real cool bowled next to him and he even commented on my turkey in my lane. He has two lovely daughters and a ton of tattos.
