I absolutely love the song Terrapin Station. I am trying to find some more truly epic songs like it. Got any suggestions.
I’ve seen Pearl Jam 25 times, Eddie Vedder 9 times, and Brad once.

So after Terrapin I put on Weather Report Suite and now Blues For Allah / Sand Castles & Glass Camels / Unusual Occurrences In the Desert.

try the entire Terrapin album then Aoxomoxoa, Mars Hotel and the Reckoning
That ought to fill you up for a while
search some live shows with Donna singing and Keith on keyboards...you'll love those as well
    peace,

I really can't stand Donna's wailing which is a shame cause Keith plays some mean keys. I really want something other than the Dead. Before Terrapin was Trey Anastasio, Don Hart & Seattle Music's "Time Turns Elastic" album that started this quest of epicness.

really i'm open to just about anything. Today was a Flaming Lips kind of day till Trey, tomorrow could be jazz or classical. Some of my favorite artists are Pearl Jam, The Dead, Pink Floyd (early to Wish you were here), The Velvet Underground, Sonic Youth, Tom Waits, Devendra Banhart, The Flaming Lips, Tea Leaf Green and the list could go on and on and on.

Dead wise you can't go wrong with a help>slipknot!>franklins tower

Search out a long version of Cowgirl In the Sand too, or Cortez. Neil hits a sweet spot on those tracks.

"You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.
