New to this thread, sounds like good fun. For my first pick I chose a band from my home country, Belgium. I was actully looking for a decent version of another song, when I found this one and was absolutely blown away by it ... hope you like it too. Curious to see how many people know this band: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6I-8p2LE ... re=related

Not sure, if Mike Oldfield was in another band before or not. I don't know much about him at all. A friend of mine asked me to get him a bootleg of him, and thats how i heard of him. I really haven't listen to too much of his music, but he sounds like he's a pretty good guitarist.

You know that song(People Get Ready), was on the Jeff Beck concert on the Palladia channel(In HIGH-DEF). It was on for 2 hours, and it was pretty good. Joss Stone can sing her ass off. Jimmy Page was in the crowd, but did not play. Did you notice the Bass player? She looks like she's about 15 years old. My friend saw Jeff Beck with that same backing band, and thought they were really good.

Jeff Beck W/Joss Stone (People Get Ready)>9.5> :) I guess that means you have to stay, and torture me/us with that southern rock music>
