I know your not the "Biggest Southern Rock" fan, but the Doors & Skynyrd are very similar in one instance IMO, they both made a lot of GREAT music in a very short time period. The original LS recorded for just over 4 years. The Doors may have been around for a little longer than that, but Jim was pretty much a recluse for last couple years he was alive.Both were GREAT bands!
