I haven't been in here in awhile but i do know that very tall fellow. Just talked to Michael over the holidays as he's now on a cruise. ^^^^10+ all is well and like the direction of the next project.
I came here cause I can remember playing this song as a DJ back in school and there was this one girl who would go NUTS everytime I played this song. From that time till looooonnnggg after we graduated she was know as "KNEE DEEP" I still to this day remember you Phyllis she was the freak of the week and had ants in her pants, man she could dance her ass off. WOW!

Yes you would be correct De La Soul used the instrumental track with a few mixing changes for the background music for that song Me Myself and I a classic along with the album...now 20 years old atleast.
