Need some music advice from the Eurpoeans on the board!

Hey guys...my brother is backpacking around Europe right now and would like to hit a couple cool concerts while he is there. Right now he is in the Netherlands, but he is headed to Czech and Germany next. Also plans to visit Norway, Sweden and the UK...possibly some others, but he doesn't have a real plan as to when/where...but he's there until September 27th.
So, I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice, which I'll pass along to him, about any great concerts or festivals that might be going on over there that he should try to go to over the next 2 weeks? Thanks so much!
