Albany is often replayed and heard
And mostly what I need from the band

    I would be surprised if they don't add in a show in this general area for June 28th. Seems silly to sit around doing nothing for two full days before Mansfield.

    That's what I was thinking when the dates were announced yesterday - why Hartford over Albany? The only thing I can think of is they preferred an outside venue because it's June. I'm only 30 minutes from Hartford but can't stand the Meadows. I'd rather drive the 90 minutes to Albany. The 2006 Albany show was outstanding - much better than the Hartford show the next night. Of course, I'll still be heading to the Hartford show regardless...and Mansfield and hopefully MSG.

    SPAC or a show at the old Knickerbocker Arena would be real nice. Albany in 06 and Saratoga in 00 were real good shows.
