JEFF HARDY AND JEFF AMENT USED TO LOOK THE SAME

It has a lot of punch, and just drips of that dirty blues sound if thats what you're looking for, but you can also lay off the gain a bit and just use for a bit of overdrive.
highly recommended.

my ocd is an indispensible part of my tone. i had a blues driver years ago and i liked it alot, but my other guitar player had an ocd and he turned me on to that, so i had to get one too...

As to the original posters question, I think this box is worth looking at, especially if you're going for a heavy breakup sound. It might add a lot noise while you're playing your Tele though, and it is very bright, so I'd try it in the store before you drop the 100 bucks. One thing I immediately noticed with the BD-2 is that chords sound terrific, it doesn't get all buzzy like many other OD and Fuzz boxes do.
~ is your Pearl Jam cup half empty, or 1/2 Full?
