  • It's so ridiculous that it even needs to be said.

  • September 11th, 2001 - a tiny group of hardline radicals used a self-deluded, hypocritical and warped perspective of their religion to justify despicable acts that demonised the vast majority of ordinary believers and succeeded only in inflaming hatred, bigotry, ignorance and intolerance.

  • Never thought I'd be agreeing with a quote from Terry Jones, and I'm sure his motives for saying it are very different from the motives I wish he had but, all the same...

    "Not today, not ever."

  • The whole Islamic mosque at ground zero debate boggles my mind. We are not at war with a whole religion. Tax paying American citizens should be allowed to build whatever the law allows.

What's more ridiculous is that its not even true. Trying to impose democracy on Islamic culture by means of force sort of sounds like war to me.
