any clue what type of martin ed uses? i'm thinking its either a

Martin 000-15 Auditorium Acoustic Guitar http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/prod ... sku=514735

or perhaps the: Martin 00-15 Grand Concert Acoustic Guitar http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/prod ... sku=514733

i'm thinking the grand conert since it seems like the body is pretty small. any ideas? thanks

if you read the reviews it says that the auditorium is played by John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers) ...i would think that ed may have noticed Martin from that one...sounds sweet right? but its hard to tell just from the photos. Why not ask ed? Why not ask Martin...they might know...probably do.

i have seen him play two different ones. One has an OBEY sticker and the other doesn't. I remember reading somewhere... sorry for lapse, that both are vintage 000-18 guitars.

they look similar to the 000-15 but Martin no longer makes the 000-18's.

of course, whatever ed plays sounds beautiful, doesn't it
but the Martins are particularly lovely

yeah those martins sound amazing. i figured it was a vintage guitar since ed has tons of cash. the body is the grand concert acoustic correct?

i would love to have an 000-15 or 000-18. martin's sound so good. I scraped up enough $ to buy a Martin DM (it is one of the lower end guitars without any of the embellishments) last year. I've been really pleased with it and plan on hanging on to it a long time.

what kind of PJ songs do you guys play? I am pretty new to playing music and i have been working on the following:

Last Kiss
Off He Goes
Throw Your Arms Around Me
Sometimes

I appreciate any advice on which songs I should work on next.

my first pj song on guitar was long road. very very easy.
try that, immortality, elderly, and give porch a try (my favorite). betterman is pretty easy too.

i just bought a new telecaster so there's no pj song i can't handle! lol j/k
