the atlanta '94 3 disc set! was perusing a record store and came across it. the first disc (which has 2 discs in it) is still wrapped (with a made in the U.K. sticker on it), but the second and third discs aren't. he had it marked at $75 but i talked him down to $40. was this a good deal? would it be a bad idea to unwrap the first discs?

Unwrap it and listen. Good show.
I shit and I stink. I'm real, join the club.

A friend, he called, I didn't mention a thing. The last thing he said was, "Be sound". Sound. I contemplated an awful thing, I hate to admit. I just thought those would be such appropriate last words. But I'm still here.
  • i have never understood the appeal of the Dissident single (other than the cover pic). it's not the complete show and the full show is available,in great quality, for free!

Unwrap and veg out to them, for God's sake. I never saw the point of buying discs/vinyls only to keep them sealed and never hear them.
  • never pay for boots

    I think you did okay.

I musta paid near the equivalent to your 40$ in the UK back when they were released, y'gotta lil slice of history, though I don't consider it to be one of their greatest shows.

I received the set for Christmas probably about 8 years ago. I my dad paid around $40 for it on Ebay. It's kind of a cool package to have even though I never listen to CD's.
