I love a short work week!

    I love having Mondays off.
    I love sleeping late and listening to the kids turn on the cartoons and get thier own breakfast with NO fighting, but with SHARING, and the eldest makes a tea for his younger brothers. :D
    I love hearing them say " SHUShshshsh!, don't wake Mum"........awe, how considerate.

    only to realise they pretending to be not feeling well and it is NOT a Monday Holiday!
    But a few times a year I go with thier flow and let the ratbags have a day off anyway. :D

    That was today for me. :D
    we had a "healthy" day off instead of a "sickie"

    and to stop you from getting sad about summer ending, just think about all of us in other parts of the world who just hit spring with lots of public holidays comming up. :D

    I cover >3/4 of the mortgage. For me it pays to never call in sick and thus have a decent amount of paid time off.

    I agree I hate anything that signals the end of summer just because it's my favorite season, but having a Monday off was nice :) makes the week shorter too, woohoo!

    I said the same last night amongst the green ... should have arranged for Monday off.
    Not sure how I ended up green in unmentionable places :? :mrgreen:

    Oh well Memorial Day will be here in no time :D That's the best Monday holiday.

    cleary, all holiday's should be on friday
