Into the Wild Soundtrack question

I've watched the movie Into the Wild again after listening to the soundtrack atleast a hundred times, and I can't help but to notice a slight variance in the music during the movie from the soundtrack songs. It almost sounds like the songs are a half step up from the soundtrack. Did anyone else notice this difference? Does anyone know where I could download the other version of the songs?

    Off the top of my head Rise, Guaranteed and The Wolf are different versions. You can find demo/alternate versions here that are either closer to, or are, the versions from the movie.

    Thanks, but when comparing side by side, the gremme tracks sound closer to the soundtrack versions than the movie versions.
