Pearl Jam Alive Man Tattoo

Hi all, does anyone have a really clear picture of the Alive stick figure, pref black figure on white background that I can take to the tattooest?

Finally decided to get a tribute to the band inked on me after 17 years of devotion..

    go on to the search tool and type in stickman tattoo,loads should come up if you do that.......

    got mine two years ago and i love it!!

    Get a copy of the Alive Single, it's in white but that is what I used and the tatoo artist did great with it.

    this is exactly what you should do, get it right off the single.

    I can see why people would give stick about having the stick man, but it's not like I'm some glory hunter whole only listens Ten on repeat. I've followed the band religeously for nearly 17 years and have tattoos all over the place but nothing that represents the band. To me the Stick man is them, it's not just their name stuck on my arm it's something that if people see that don't know Pearl Jam, they'll ask about and be curious over.

    I can't think of any other Pearl Jam symbol that would have that effect.

    As for the single, I have it and did consider taking it with me but I wanted to get a clear jpg of the man and do some resizes so that I can play around with where exactly it's going to go first.

    You guys gotta admit that it's pretty funny how many stickman tatoos you see in the first 10 rows of a PJ concert. I can't stand tatoos, but if you are to get one to represent PJ, the stickman is pretty much it.

    I have a little stickman decal on the back window of my truck, so I couldn't get away from the stigma that is the stickman to show my love for the band. Quite a few people actually do ask me what the hell that little guy is on the back window of my truck though. Although, some little bald fat guy slashed one of my tires on Monday -- I think that it was Dave A.

    i had my stickman done between 12-15 years ago. (im 35 and feeling too old to remember things) I took the Alive 12" single cover to the tattooist. he told me to resize to the size i needed. this is back before photoshop etc. I had to photocopy it at a reduced size then reduce that copy then again. Took me a long time and quite a lot of change to finally get it "arm" size lmao

    my Jim Morrison tat was a whole lot easier. Photoshop was around when i got that one

    I got mine (the stickman) 5 years ago; i took the Alive single as well, however, I thought the go-tee area needed to be more defined. (some people think its a mouth, but I think it is the soul-patch under the lip.) I have never been disappointed with it. good luck

    so when people see my tattoo and say "is that the Pearl Jam stickman?" do i now have to reply "it used to be but not anymore" ??

    for me stickman it's just a meaningless figure, with no art creativity at all, if i'll tattoo something about PJ would be: a big PEARLJAM!

    I just put Jeff Ament Stickman into google. strange what pops up on there.


    Jeff and his brother, Barry, own a art production comapany called Ames Brothers who print out Pearl Jam’s tour posters. Speaking of art, Jeff was the one who came up with PJ’s stickman logo.



    but oh well if its not PJ enough for you then ill stop telling people that its a Pearl Jam Stickman tattoo.

    As a VERY late update, finally got my Stick Man tattoo last year while in Australia
    (As you can see from my pic)

    More than happy with it.
