yeah, i agree. sure, the guy that made the template for the banner should have a talking to, as should the person that inspected the banner before it left the manufacturer. but i have to admit, if that banner was delivered to me and i was going to be showing it off in front of news cameras...i don't even have to think twice about it, that thing stays rolled up and never used.
