Monkey Wrench Gang: A 1975 book written by Edward Abbey that has had a great influence on present-day environmental activists. The book involves a plot to blow up the Glen Canyon Dam on the Colorado River.

Actually, this term ended up on the Terrorism and Criminal Extremism site from our own US Dept of Justice website. Take a look at some of the crazy terms that can get you on the list, including Constitutionalist?

    hehehehe

I was in a band named GuerrillaWrench. Coincidence?

    Resurrection of Cactus Ed

    Last night
    I witnessed the ghost
Of a tall and white bearded
    Old man rise from an
    Unmarked desert grave
    Play his wooden flute
    And kick up
    His cowboy boots
    Beneath a new moon

    I lacked heart
    To tell him
    The resistance is now
    Nothing more
    Than twigs in the flood
    And victory
    Is an utterance
    On the lips of fools

    But still
    I managed a smile
    As our eyes met
    And with a wink
    He reminded me
    That winning
    Was never an option
    And certainly
    Not a reason for war
