Is this gross?

So I just found a bag of Planter's honey roasted cashews in the conference room here at work(3oz). Slightly opened, but I would say the bag looks to be 90% full. Not sure where they came from, or how long they have been there. I am eating these as I type. Would you do the same?

Weird thing is, I don't even like cashews. I think I just like salty food in the AM. To be honest I am not really sure what they should taste like, so I'm having trouble forming an opinion on whether this is gross or not.

    nah man...its not gross. You would be able to tell if they were old and stale.

    personally, i would not eat those cashews. you don't know who opened them and what kind of bathroom hygene they have.

    i know we have a few people in the office that don't wash after using the restroom.

    Well technically its our back conference room, which we use mainly for customers/visitors. So these things could have come from just about any airport or gas station across the country.

    Gross. I would be worried about who was eating them before...or that a bug may have crawled in the open package laying around :lol: . That being said, I am extremely picky when it comes to my food, who looks at it, who breaths on it...expiry dates and so on. Its pretty bad actually :? ;)

    Eat them. You're probably done by now anyway. And you can't trust a smoking baby to tell you about personal hygiene.

    I'm sure they were probably okay, but personally I wouldn't eat it. But that's just me. :P
