Setting to open links in new tab for forum?

Is there a way to change my settings so that in THIS forum when I click a link it opens into a new tab? It used to on the old forum.

    Just hold Ctrl when you click or press the mouse wheel button.

    You can try right clicking the link and hit "Open in New Tab".
