wow this board is pretty out of it. Sufjan stevens released a 60 minute EP, just up and announced, "hey heres a new EP, like last week was it. And this week he announced a proper follow up to Illinois, his first studio album in 5 years. Oddly this new one, out in October wont have a narrative flow, wont be about a state, and wont be about a Highway.
