Trouble loging into Tenclub's Goods

I can't log in to my profile, it doesn't recognized my email at all. :(

Anyone having trouble with it as well????

    nope, mine is saved on my computer. Stupid question, but have you changed email addresses recently? If not, I'd email the 10Club- just give them as much info as you can and they'll change it for you. Same thing happened to me awhile back- I forgot my password and it wouldn't recognize me, so they changed it to whatever I wanted

    Nope, my email and passwords are still the same, in fact I purchase Montreal tickets on Wednesday with my account.

    I PM Kat and gonna email Ten Club right now about it.

    This gotten worst. Apparently, they automatically changed my email address to my old 10c account with my defunct yahoo email, which I can't access to.

    I have a feeling they might have mailed my bootlegs to my old address as well. :(

    Recently, i made a request to see if I can retrieve my old 10C number, which was not granted and I understand their policy. But then why did they changed my 10C email info without letting me know. :confused:

    Very strange and I'm kind worried that my bootlegs are shipped to my old address.

    Are you still 10C member? I mean like can you look up your number on any of your newsletters or Xmas singles and email them the info?
    Maybe they can identify you by your credit card?

    I'm sure they'll come up with a solution to the email problem.

    Yes I am, in fact I recent purchase tickets for Montreal 2 just last Wednesday and it was through my recent (college) email account. Then two days later after making a request to see if I can retrieve my old number- to no avail, they changed my email account to my old one.

    I think the best way is to just call their 1-800 number tomorrow to sort it out, the PM and email thing is pretty slow.
