Can you edit songs in itunes?

I know about the start time/ stop time option, but ripping In Utero andAll Aplogies is 31mins long. How can I cut out the dead space but keep the hidden track at the end? Help would be more than appreciated.

    You can either edit the song in iTunes so it plays the song at the time you chose, or if you have a Mac just import the song onto GarageBand and delete the parts you don't need.
