Not trying to be funny here but what artist? I didn't see an artist in that clip. This is someone who has trashed on Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder for years and years and only sang that song to get attention and to be shocking. Actually I believe it was Courtney Love who wrote into Rolling Stone defending Eddie a few years back after they wrote a scathing piece about him, so saying she has trashed him for years and years, isn't entirely correct.

Anyway, it was clearly not a very well rehearsed cover, but kudos for having the balls to give it a go.

Actually it's 100 percent correct. Yes we all know about 3 or 4 years ago she started her attention quest by saying things like she wanted to sleep with Eddie Vedder and stuff like that, Ed of course said "I have no comment" when asked about what he thought about her saying that but for years and years she did bash them and him. I have friends who saw her after the Rolling Stone article and they said she had bad words about PJ as well as many others.

my take on it is that whatever they have said in the media to each other/about each other/about others has nothing to do with the posting policy here. Keep it clean and all will be well (and that's speaking from banning experience! ).

My take? I like Hole/CL, but I did NOT like that.

Putting me on the spot, ay?

I can honestly say that I love the song, Jeremy, and think it is Pearl Jam's iconic piece. I like it when others cover their songs because I see it as a sign of respect. I admire that. I do not like every version of covered PJ songs I've heard...and, um, that's about it.

I think I like what was said before and after the song but I have a hard time making it out.

Please allow me to appologize for my original post.. Just hearing her insulting version of one of my favorite songs really set me off. I already consider this woman a thief in that she stole a life from this earth, that was still sorely needed in the music world.. I have no idea if he actually did himself in or she had anything to do with his demise I wasn't there, but I DO know she was on the other end of the hand that pushed him over the edge..Anyhow that's just my personal belief..and it's one thing to steal money, I'd have rathered her steal my wallet, than Nirvana from me..So again I apologize.
