Problem Sending PMs

After I write a PM and send it, it shows up in my Outbox and not in Sent messages.

So I'm writing and sending them, but they are not getting to the recepient they are just chilling in the Outbox.

Anyone know what I'm talking about or have this problem? What do I do?

    It just means the person has not read it yet. Once they read it, it will move to sent
