    Wow...that is a horrific story. On one hand, I can't fathom the agony someone must be going through to do that. On the other, I can't help but be in awe of the selfishness it takes to leave those sorts of scars on an audience, performers, and crew. If you're there, how do you get something like that out of your head?

    My brother was at the show. Said it was absolutely awful and that there was quite a loud thud when he hit.
    It makes much more sense to live in the present tense.

    as someone who has suffered for several years through depression and anxiety, many a time I had in the past contemplated suicide. Never ONCE had I ever thought of doing it in such a ridiculous fashion (ie: involving so many people). And, on the flip side, I actually tried my best to think of the best way so as to create as little mental/emotional anguish as possible.

    I try not to judge, but come on, this is over the top and selfish beyond comprehension. How awful for his friend and his family and the band. Not to mention all the concert goers that were forced to witness it.
