Eddie Vedder and twitter...

listening to Columbus show for 1st time and Eddie said something about PJ religion and one thing is you can not twitter...yet my heart sank the other day when I came across "Eddie Vedder's twitter." So is that really him and if so, what should I think?! He said "no twitter" but he might have an account...very distrubed

    Anyone can make any twitter account they want. I could make an account as Han Solo if I wanted to.

    Did you even read the Twitter page before posting this? It clearly says on the right: "Bio: Largest Eddie Vedder/Pearl Jam Fan Club on Twitter, and this isnt Ed! Lets Chat PJ, Sports, and more!"

    ok, then I will admit I am a poor twitter reader. I just saw "last show of the tour" and other tweets on "eddie vedder twitter account." trust me, I will talk anyone's word. He is my hero, I do not want to think he is tweeting

    If he had one probably only a few people would know about it. But it seems to go against what Eddie stands for. He seems to be a very modest person, or atleast portrays himself in that light. In my mind, twitter is a channel for celebrities who care too much about themselves to brag and have countless fans fawn over them. Eddie is not that kind of guy, I think he knows people don't care if he is taking out the garbage or taking a shit at that moment.

    so you are telling me Eddie let's so someone tweet for him...sorry, I just do not believe that. He is so concerned about all his other press, yet he let's someone tweet away. I just do not buy it. I know you pj psychos will come up with another reason, but anyone logical will admit, it's Eddie

    Definitely not him. All the guy does is post random polls and talks waaaaaaay too much about soccer. I have been following him for 6 months now and he sounds nothing like Eddie. And Twitter is full of clones. Just look at any sports star or even the people in the WWE. Almost everyone has to put "Real" in front of their names now since their name is already taken. This Eddie Vedder's account is not verified by Twitter, so it is a fake.

    even "too much football" chat is so non-eddie.
    plus eddie is closer to "into the wild" than facebook or twitter like stuffs, 'cause at least those type of sites takes too much time of your real life.
    but as a follower of ed, I would be happy to see some details of his ideas on daily politics, environment, books, new music etc.
    ...would be good and wise offers from him for us...:)

    I think you missed a few threads on here!! lmao just kidding but you'd be surprised what stupid shit people want to know about him I feel sorry for him quite often when it comes to us fans.. I could NEVER put up with what he gets from some of the "fill in blank here" fans both on here and on the actual outside. lol
