All these side/solo projects

So it seems like the whole band is embarking on solo tours/side projects and everything. I know they've done this in the past, but it seems as though in this case it might be taking precedence over Pearl Jam, but hey, who knows. How long are these solo projects going to take, because I'm wondering if there's been any news on whether the band is working on a new album or something.

    All of that is up to them...but one would think, based on what they say, that Pearl Jam is the main thing...after family, I suppose...Solo stuff is good.

    I think most people don't want to work with their co-workers during their time off...doesn't mean they won't return to their regular jobs...

    Rumor has it they are in the studio right now working on a new album.

    how many threads do we need on this?? im not one to complain but all these negative threads are giving me heartburn.. they already got like 5 or 6 songs that are almost done, so don't worry :)

    When did they get 5 or 6 songs "almost done?" Did I miss an update? Last I heard was a few months ago and they only had about 5 or 6 ideas for songs.
