it is not an issue. nobody will tell you "we have to keep catholic churches away from schools" based on the actions of a few pedophile priests. if they would say that, they should and would have to protest catholic schools.

i believe there is a colony of ants planning to protest... Protest Ants they are called... they don't like Catholics much.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    CONservative governMENt

Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a law-breaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy. - Louis Brandeis

Sorry don't want to be rude and I understand what you are trying to do with this tread but what i don't get is why you just don't protest. I have protested catholic schools in my area.

if people want to protest the mosque, that is their right don't be upset that people don't protest catholic churches.

I was just asking a questions, not stating my opinion. Its just a funny observation of how the religious act.

It's more actually an observation of how fear or fear politics work in practice. People are more afraid of the unknown, so it's easier to paint a picture of enemies than accepting of different peoples, ideas and cultures.

Its also a generalization " oh there muslums, there gona blow us up" So the catholic generalization should be " oh there a priest, there going to molest little kids" Right???

Yes, both are equally irrational and dumb.

    ...
The people you need to ask this to are the Tea Party people.
Most of the rest of us think it is utterly ridiculous to condemn the entire Catholic Religion for the despicable acts of a few... and just as ridiculous to condemn the entire religion of Islam for the acts perpetrated by militant psychos.
    ...
As well a not tying all Christians to the 'God Hates Fags' fringe element.
    ...
Ask the Tea Partiers... they are the ones making all the ruckus.

can i ask why. you going to ask them to weigh in if we should protest churches. does that make sense? or is it about the tea party that you want them to weigh in on?
