Try to find the version from Great Woods '98....it's soundboard and in my opinion the greatest recorded version of the song....I was lucky enough to wittness it : )

I prefer the St Pete, FL version from (I think) 1994.

The show was over, and Ed walked back out with only an acoustic guitar and told us how it always feels like summer here and that we probably wouldn't like Seattle much...then he played this song...

It completely blew me away, as I had never heard the original version or anything...

I think there was a bootleg called Hotpoint that was of the show I am talking about...I used to have it on cassette, but I have no idea what ever became of it.

the indianapolis boot from 2000 has (likely) the best quality recording on disc 2. but i agree about great woods 98. its the best version i've heard and the recording (at least the one i have) is pretty decent.
