    Really wish I could go. It says that this is the first annual, but I thought JJ Grey put together a festival a few years back called the Blackwater Festival? Not the same thing?

    What? How can they possibly have a Blackwater Music Festival without the Doobie Brothers? When I think of Blackwater, I think of the Doobies.

    Well, at any rate, if you or he.who.forgets end up going to this, remember to wear bug spray. Sounds like a breeding ground for mosquitoes. :lol: The last thing I'd want is my Fla buddies to get eaten alive by 6lb. insects.

    i still havent bought tix but am seriously considering going. lukin, i think that they held this fest last year too, so I'm not sure. starting to get confusing with wanne, mag fest, etc. Fenway, the mosquitos are the least of my worries...I'm not looking forward to the heat! Lukin, if you get a wild hair and end up swinging this, let me know

    Oh, for sure I will let you know. If I wasn't already going to see JJ Grey and Mofro in October, I would be 100% in, but I just don't think I will be able to afford it right now. And yeah, I know what you mean- they do hold a lot of good festivals in Live Oak - that usually has a few of the same bands
