Sirius XMU just played Dr. Dog's amazing "Shadow People" off of their 2010 release "Shame, Shame" and it once again confirmed my belief that it is one of the greatest songs ever recorded.
I’ve seen Pearl Jam 25 times, Eddie Vedder 9 times, and Brad once.

Prolly my favorite off the album, which was a bit of a letdown.

    Great song.
    Great Album.
    Great Band.

Sure "Shame Shame" is not as good as "Fate"....but not many albums are as good as "Fate" anyways.

Dr.Dog is one of the best out there right now.

Yeah, I definitely hold it to a higher standard b/c of Fate, but mostly b/c I was still ridin high on that wave. I dig Shame, Shame more than the stuff that came before Fate though and it has grown on me the last few times I've heard it.

I think they really nailed what they were goin for with Fate. Seemed to fit more varied musical ideas in, overall.

Just realized my favorite from the album is actually Mirror, Mirror.

Got the Shame, Shame vinyl before Bonnaroo and love it. They were also awesome at Broo. I need to look into this Fate album.
