Never have been a fan of gym's but since my treadmill broke at home I have done nothing for exercise. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 220 pounds so clearly the gym can't do any worse. My wife has been talking about her getting a membership so today we both signed up. It's pretty nice too. It has an indoor pool, BB court, raquetball, sauna, jacuzzi, cardio, free weight's, nautilus, cycling room and boxing room.

Hoping that by paying for a membership then I will be more apt to go. I'm going to try and get some sort of schedule together and go 3-4 times a week.
He who forgets will be destined to remember.

Yea me too, I want to start rowing so Im going 2 stints of 500m as fast as I can. Wonder if anyone else can tell me if this is the way forward? I'm hoping to muscle up and not doing long rowing for losing weight.

I wish I had a gym around here with racquetball. It's my all-time favorite athletic activity. I could play for 2 hours easily.
