sweet thanks! might want to upload it to mediafire/megaupload too just to have a backup link that can be shared via PM... if they went out of their way to keep it offline then the youtube upload will probably be removed pretty quick

It was definitely worth the wait. I loved the drumming in it. It almost sounded like a Superunknown song with Badmotorfinger vocals.

  • This song is brilliant. Chris' voice is breathtaking, since a good portion of the vocals were re-recorded (not all obviously) he sounds the best he has in a long time.

This is a pretty good assessment. I wouldn't be surprised if it was recorded sometime between the two.

I can't tell where anything was rerecorded...it sounds like it came straight out of 1992 to punch me in the face.
    Thanks EPOTTSIII!

This song is fucking perfect. Any word on the shows they played so far? IF they come to Europe, is it worth going?

  • This song kicked my face in repeatedly. I love it, pure classic Soundgarden. I think it's the chorus that was rerecorded, but you can barely tell, and yes Chris does sound fucking amazing all throughout the song. It was well worth the wait to stay up and deal with that radio stream bullshit. The riff has been stuck in my head all morning. BAD ASS!!

I must be the only person who thought the song was just okay.

I mean i understand why it was not chosen to be on badmoterfinger. That said it was still great to hear an old soundgarden song.

I agree, I was kinda disappointed in it to be honest and you can see why they didn't think it was good enough for Badmotorfinger in the first place. I'm sure it'll grow on me eventually but I'd rather they spent their time recording new stuff than redoing an old leftover.
