Would I be an Outlaw if...

Someone else gave my illegal boots? Or if I won them in a contest? But lots of other "winners" have them too?
I'm a little scared of getting busted..

    I'm not really scared, its a hypothetical for a friend who may have illegal "files" on their system.
    I've heard of people going to jail for having illegal video and stuff on their systems. not sure which branch actually polices that area, maybe just paranoid for them.

    But to answer your question whoever polices illegal files on computer system, not sure who that is exactly tho
