This needs to happen. Neil Young played here back in June. Solo show at this venue... it was awesome. The acoustics at this venue put pretty much every other venue in the near vicinity to shame, it is amazing.

    More info:

The Hall has a capacity of anywhere from 2,300 to 2,900, depending on which balconies are open/closed.

I don't have any really good pics of the inside of the hall, unfortuntely... but trust me, acoustics here are mid-blowing.
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.
  • Red Rocks Amphitheatre
    Morrison, Colorado
    Capacity = 9450

Maybe a little big for an EV solo tour but this place would be the perfect setting for the songs from Into the Wild.

    Byrd Theatre
    Richmond, VA
    Capacity: 1,500

*note: this is actually a movie theater, but hosts rare concerts, and has a working retractable organ that is played before movies on weekends

    The National
    Richmond, VA

    Capacity: 1,500

*Note: Richmond is conveniently located 90 minutes south of DC, 90 minutes west of Virginia Beach and 70 minutes east of Charlottesville, so selling out relatively quickly would not be much of an issue. :)

Any of these would be a dream come true! I can't imagine what it would be like to have Ed play your hometown....but I think I would be willing to give it a try.

Plus, we have some great water to paddle! The great James River:

    Note to Eddie:

Their are now three of us on this thread that would love for you to play at anyone these three venues. Your choice. Please, please make it happen next tour.

My first Pearl Jam show was here back in 1991; waiting for band to come back but I think EV solo would be even better. :D
