I just wanted to say thank you to Kufala. I recently purchased the Philadelphia box set and it would not play correctly. they sent me a new one no problem. There are not a lot of people or comapnies that would do that today. :D

    i orderd a few boots the other night and i got an email from them and was like wtf?

    i didn't know it worked like that
    i post on the board of a band that doesn't exsist anymore .......i need my head examined.......

    Yah the 10c choosing to use Kufala for the boots is one of the smartest things they've ever done. Kufala processes and ships their orders at record place (faster the the 10c itself), they tried to provide updates if somethings taken a while, that readily deal with their F ups in a truly class fashion, and reissue replacement discs without so much as a grumble.

    I think they're a pretty class act of a company.
